Our accredited in-house induction training has come a long way since TEQ healthcare services limited was established. We are proud to provide quality training to all of our staff, including our newest workers and those who have been with TEQ healthcare through the years.
The advantage of having an in-house training team means that we know exactly what training is being delivered, when and how and we can continuously develop and improve where necessary. We have a network of over 50 qualified trainers delivering our training to candidates throughout the country. All of our trainers bring their own experience and knowledge of care work and the industry to enable the greatest level of support and encouragement to our workforce; allowing them to work in specialised environments with ease and the right skill set.
All of our training is in line with the care certificate; officially launched in March 2015, with the aim of equipping health and social care support workers with the knowledge and skills they need to provide safe, compassionate, quality care and support.
What does the training include?
New workers are just as important to us as our existing workforce; our induction program ensures all staff are given the appropriate mandatory training to feel confident and prepared for their role. The theory elements of the programme ensure knowledge of legislation and guidance and the practical elements allow trainees to practice their learning in a safe environment, before joining the workforce. Further support and guidance are provided throughout your journey with TEQ healthcare in a variety of ways allowing everyone who joins TEQ healthcare to feel fully prepared for their new care role.
